Meet Erica
Erica Reiter has spent more than 15 years working in the senior living space, helping older adults navigate one of life’s most important transitions. In California, she served as a consultant for Hillcrest Homes, Pilgram Place, Heritage Point, and the LA Jewish Home for the Aging, where she worked alongside contractors assisting seniors as they moved into new living environments. Through this experience, Erica recognized that successful transitions require more than logistics—they require empathy, compassion, and a positive vision for the future.
Erica holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California and has a background in design and space planning, including experience working with individuals with disabilities. She previously worked as a designer for Crate and Barrel and owned Boschian Interiors, a design and architectural antique business in Beverly Hills.
After relocating to Tucson, Arizona in 2022 with her two rescue pups, Erica founded Prime Time Living to help seniors thoughtfully downsize and transition into life plan communities with confidence, care, and dignity.

Through a complimentary in person consultation, we evaluate your lifestyle, needs and elements that are important to you. If a transition that requires downsizing is in your future, we will help you decide the criteria of what possessions stay and what goes. Floor planning will help you get practical about space limitations that you may have. We will help you visualize your new home with mood boards and floor plans to inspire and create a beautiful and positive living space, customized to your style and taste.
