Prime Time Living (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides senior move management and downsizing support services in Tucson and Southern Arizona. This Site is informational and is intended to help visitors learn about our services and request a consultation.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of this Site, and may revise these Terms, at any time without prior notice. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of this Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and each party waives the right to a jury trial in that proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
