Erica Reiter
Founder of Prime Time Living
Erica Reiter has dedicated more than 15 years to senior living. Over the course of her career, she has served as a consultant for well-known senior living communities, including Hillcrest Homes, Pilgrim Place, Heritage Point, and the LA Jewish Home for the Aging. In that work, she collaborated closely with contractors and professionals who helped seniors move into new living environments, giving her firsthand insight into the logistics, emotions, and practical details involved in a later-life transition.
Erica earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California. Her clinical training deepened her ability to listen, understand complicated dynamics, and guide older adults through meaningful change with sensitivity and respect.
Beyond social work, Erica brings a strong design and space-planning background to every transition. She has experience creating accessible, functional environments for individuals with disabilities. She served as a core designer for the furniture chain, Crate and Barrel, and had a key role as the principal buyer and merchandiser for her architectural design business, Boschian Interiors, where she refined her eye for layout, proportion, and the kind of personal touches that make a space truly feel like home.
In 2022, Erica relocated to Tucson, Arizona with her two rescue dogs. She founded Prime Time Living to help seniors transition with confidence, care, and dignity - combining everything she has learned across social work, senior living, and design into one trusted, personalized service for seniors in Southern Arizona.
