No. We help with any kind of home transition  -  moving to a senior living community, relocating to be closer to the people you love, moving to a smaller home, or simply making your current home safer and easier to live in.

We coordinate donation pickups, consignment, estate liquidation, and responsible disposal so nothing is left sitting in a garage. We help you find the right destination for each item, which is usually the most overwhelming part of downsizing on your own.

Absolutely. Many of the people we work with have children or siblings in another state. With your permission, we share photos, video calls, and regular updates so everyone you want informed stays informed  -  while you stay in charge of the decisions.
